You can request deletion of your Crozify account and associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
Option 1 (Recommended):
- Open the Crozify app
- Go to Settings
- Tap “Delete Account”
Option 2:
- Email us at: [email protected]
- Use subject: “Delete My Account”
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted:
- Your profile is permanently removed
- Your photos are deleted
- Your messages are deleted
Data retention
Some data may be retained for a limited time (up to 30 days) for security and legal purposes.
